Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are refunded in full. No-shows or cancellations within 7 days are charged the first night's rate, with any balance refunded. do you provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel?
Yes — we arrange airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International (DPS) to Blue Karma Ubud at a fixed rate per car, each way. Please confirm the current rate with reservations and share your flight details at booking so a driver can be waiting on arrival.
