Yes. You can amend your reservation on our website, or email reservations with 'Change of Reservation' in the subject line. Any update is subject to availability — our team will confirm options for your stay at Blue Karma Ubud as soon as possible.
Use the instant confirmation booking page on our official site — enter your dates and the system displays live rates and availability across all rooms and villas at our Ubud boutique hotel. Booking direct is the only way to guarantee our best available rate.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are refunded in full. No-shows or cancellations within 7 days are charged the first night's rate, with any balance refunded. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are all accepted for stays at our Ubud luxury hotel. Payment is processed in Indonesian Rupiah and rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified. Reservations is happy to help with any pre-arrival payment questions.
Yes — we arrange airport transfers from Ngurah Rai International (DPS) to Blue Karma Ubud at a fixed rate per car, each way. Please confirm the current rate with reservations and share your flight details at booking so a driver can be waiting on arrival.
Yes — Ubud sits on the edge of central Bali's highlands, surrounded by deep tropical jungle, river ravines, and the island's most famous rice terraces. From our hillside hideaway, the rainforest is right outside — you can hear it before you see it.
No. Bali has no wild tigers — the Balinese tiger was declared extinct in the mid-20th century. The forest around our Ubud rice field hotel is home to macaques, geckos, kingfishers, butterflies, and the occasional curious water monitor along the river.
Three to five nights is a comfortable rhythm — enough time to settle into temple walks, rice-field mornings, and a wellness day without rushing. Guests at our Ubud wellness retreat often stay a week or more when the pace truly opens up.
April to October is Bali's dry season and the most popular time to visit Ubud. November to March brings lush green-season jungle, fewer travellers, and a softer, more meditative atmosphere — many guests prefer the quieter rhythm of the wet months.
Ubud is Bali's cultural and spiritual heart — temples, traditional crafts, healing arts, and the kind of natural beauty that slows your breathing. Our Ubud jungle resort was built to honour exactly that: a place to reconnect rather than simply visit.
The Sacred Monkey Forest, the Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud Palace, and the morning markets are the classic anchors. From our boutique Ubud retreat, your concierge can shape an itinerary around your pace — temples, walks, traditional dance, or quiet days at the pool.
