Introducing our new Shirataki Noodle Collection, a modern take on traditional noodles that combines lightness, flavour, and nutrition. These noodles, made from konjac yam root, are low in calories and carbs, making them ideal for those following a ketogenic diet. Light, nutritious, and adaptable, they absorb the flavours of the food they are served with.

The Essence of Shirataki

Sometimes, it is called “miracle noodles,” and shirataki have been cherished in Japan for centuries as a symbol of mindful eating. Their smooth, translucent texture absorbs sauces beautifully while keeping the body light and energized - perfectly aligned with BKeto Restaurant Bali’s philosophy of balance without deprivation.

Bakmie Noodle

A wholesome take on an Indonesian favorite. Wok-stir-fried shirataki noodles with vegetables, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and watercress, topped with a soft-poached egg. Served with crackers and sambal matah for that bold Balinese kick.

From the Sea Noodle

Inspired by the ocean breeze - shirataki noodles with red snapper and tiger prawns in a fragrant massala sauce, enriched with tomato cherry, red radish, and fresh greens. Served with crackers and sambal matah.

From the Farm Noodle

Rustic comfort with a touch of indulgence. Pork bacon and shiitake mushrooms meet a creamy mushroom sauce, basil leaf, and a crisp parmesan tuile. A lighter way to savor rich, familiar flavors.

From the Garden Noodle

Earthy and elegant. Shirataki noodles tossed in moringa pesto - rich in antioxidants and flavor - finished with shaved parmesan, roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and fresh basil. A green bowl for body and soul.
