what is your cancellation policy?
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night's room rate, with a refund issued for the remaining balance. For cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance, we will provide a full refund of your payment or deposit. Please be aware that refund conditions depend on the specific rates and promotions associated with your booking. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
