how can i check the availability of rooms and rates?

Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified. Rates may change without prior notice.
what is your cancellation policy?
If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night's room rate, with a refund issued for the remaining balance. For cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance, we will provide a full refund of your payment or deposit. Please be aware that refund conditions depend on the specific rates and promotions associated with your booking. Different cancellation policies may be applicable to certain rates or packages, kindly reach out to our reservation team at +6281990071888 for additional information and assitance. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days. If your payment or deposit were charged to a credit card, the refund would be made to that credit card.
